This program is designed for individuals passionate about civil society work and eager to enhance their skills for impactful engagement. It offers comprehensive training in key areas essential for success in the NGO sector, including technical English, advanced computer skills, project planning and coordination, and information management. Participants will develop expertise in monitoring and evaluation, design thinking, and social media management, ensuring they are equipped for the job market. Applicants must hold a university diploma or its technical equivalent and be aged 21 to 36, with proficiency in English. This initiative by Peace of Art is fully funded.
